First produced by Fred L Myers in Jamaica in 1879 this rum is crafted in the great tradition of Jamaican dark rums. Made from 100% pure rich, sweet and dark Jamaican molasses, Myers uses a blend of 9 specially selected rums. It is distilled at the Monymusk Distillery in Southern Jamaica in small batch copper pot stills twice and aged for 6 years in white oak barrels.
